Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. PawTech Solutions, operated by Xiamen Leshengtong Technology Co., Ltd., offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the pet
  • Grooming tools that have been used (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@pawtechsolutions.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 48 hours.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item to the return address provided in the RMA email.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days.
  • If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: PawTech Solutions covers all return shipping costs.
  • Change of mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and delivery of your replacement.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of placing the order. If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned following the standard return process.
